LNG bunkering products

Our products are expressly designed and engineered to speed up LNG bunkering operations from ship to truck and from truck to ship.

The LNG4Speed Ship to truck (STT) is a LNG bunkering skid expressly designed to speed up the LNG bunkering from ship to trucks/Isocontainers.
The skid can be installed/transported:

On ship deck, locked on board by proper twist lock system. It ensures to make the skid portable and ready to be used in whichever port the ship calls.

On truck trailer, locked down by proper twist lock system. It ensures to make the skid portable and ready to be used in whichever location the skid is required.

On shore if the truck loading area is permanent.

PERFORMANCES

Max continuous flow: 60 m3/h per line (max total flow 240 m3 /h)

• Flow managing by the control valves and automation:
– NO need to use truck vaporizer and truck pump
– NO need for manual flow adjustment by the operator
• Skid liquid line 2-1-/2”
• Skid vapour line 1-1/2”
• Liquid flow meter: applicable if it is required from client for dynamic custody transfer application
• Hard material roof and canvas all sides as protection against harsh weather up to -40°C

LNG4Speed TTS is a Docking Station Skid (DSS) designed to speed up the Truck to Ship bunkering operation, able to connect 4 trucks at a time (both liquid and vapor phases) by flexible hoses equipped with quick closing devices enabling quick and safe connection and disconnection.

Decreasing of bunkering time

Optimization of ship BOG and truck pressure management that significantly reduce the overall bunkering time

Zero emissions policy: release to the atmosphere is avoided as methane is considered a greenhouse gas

Minimization of skid weight/dimension
